I just got a call saying my apple account has suspicious activity on it and press 1 to speak to an apple rep. I pressed 1 and a lady came on asking for my name and account email address. Was this a legit call?

It was not a legitimate call.
Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to ignore the calls or hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.

Send this screenshot off to Apple. It contains phones numbers, of supposed scams.

No. That is a scam. Apple will no call you upfront about your account. So, report this to Apple. Take a screenshot of that phone number/message and send it off to Apple.

It doesn't matter what you are using, these are automated robotic calls calling every number in sequence. They make thousands of such calls hoping for a sucker to steal their money.
FWIW, there is no one in the world that would know what is on your device.
They told me the activity came from Germany and Russia.
