Reset screen time passcode

My son’s phone does not give me the option “forget passcode”. He has IOS 13.6.1 I can not remember the passcode I used. I do know the Apple ID though.

Recovering/Resetting Screen Time Passcode Hello! I need to wipe an iPhone 7, but in order to do so, I first have to recover/reset the screen time passcode. I don't ever recall having set it! I've followed the steps to select "Forgot Passcode", but each time I enter in the applicable and current apple ID and password for this iPhone 7, I'm locked out again. Any ideas? Thanks!

I’ve tried this. Several times. His phone DOES NOT give the option “forget passcode “ That’s my issue.
