Black lines appeared and spreading in iPhone 6s+ screen

How to remove these lines? It’s spreading and getting bigger everyday. The phone wasn’t dropped or drenched. It started as a small line (like the one at the bottom). Now another one at the bottom appeared.

Do you have any screen protector on it? Remove it.
