How do you find the iPhone serial number when the screen is crushed and ususable? I can't get help from anyone at Apple until I enter the serial number...again...the screen is crushed and there is no access to it

You can also find the serial# on the box of your iPhone. If you still have the receipt for your iPhone, it should also be noted there.
Otherwise, remove the SIM card tray of your iPhone 11 & you can find the IMEI number on the SIM card tray to identify your phone as well. Hope that helps.
