I have been paying for 2TB but it only shows 200GB in my iCloud

How do I update my iCloud storage to 2TB? I have been paying for 2 TB but when I follow the steps to increase it, it shows that my current plan is 2TB. When I look at the details of my iCloud storage it shows 200GB.

Are you certain you were paying for the 2TB option? Can you check your receipts from Apple to confirm?
