VLC won't open on Mac

I'm experiencing an issue w/ VLC as it bounces once and won't start at all, I tried to re-install it several times, restarted my Mac and even installed macOS Big Sur, same problem.

I read from another post how to get the log from Console, here's what I got & I have no idea what it means:
