Wifi dropping when connecting to a Dell monitor

I have got a Mac Book Pro (13-inch 2020) running macOS Catalina, and the WiFi keeps dropping when connecting to a Dell monitor (DELL P2720D). I'm using a USB C to HDMI Cable

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07CL2RHX5/ to connect the Mac to the monitor. I'm not entirely sure where the issue lies. I would really appreciate it if some one could shed some light on this and possibly a solution.

Please check if you have same issue with using USB C to USB C (3.0) cable to connect your monitor.
