Redeemed money

Hi , I’m Chehan and today at 7:30~8:00 pm I added 3500 yen . But my total balance is now 1060 yen

tried to Redeem to code again “already redeemed or error “ got that massage

checked my purchase history but one that I wanted to buy is pending so ,... where did my money go ,

I know there is a reason so want to know the reason behind that

And yes One more question

i added 3500 and now balance is 1060 and 2440 yen is missing

did this happen again and if I try to add more than 5000 or 10,000 I will lose more ?

Hello Chehan,

When you redeem a card on a computer the new balance will update immediately. if you redeem on a device it may display until you log out and back in again. Please try that.

But if there is still a problem, contact Apple Support.
