Apple tv4k billing problem and ITunes

Hi


I‘m trying to buy a app called IPLAY on my apple tv 4k. The

message I get is: Payment Information Required. Go to Itunes Store on your

computer and update your Billing info.


On Itunes I update my Billing info and I get this message: There

is am issuse with your payment method. Update your payment information to

correct the problem and try again.


I have done it many time. Always the same message.


Can someone help me

You may need to contact the iTunes Store staff for further information. They can look at your account details, see if something is amiss there.
