Help please
Hi, my son ‘s XS have a phone # pop up with cancel or call under it. The pop up will not go away. It will not let us shut the phone down. Actually won’t allow him to do anything. Ideas?

You need to force restart the phone
- Press and quickly release VOLUME UP
- Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN
- Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears
When the phone restarts go to Settings/Safari BEFORE you open Safari and tap Clear History & Website Data. And don’t go to sketchy websites in the future.
