Call/Cancel Pop up

Hey so I recently had the call/cancel pop up on my phone. I accidentally hit call on the number and it called before I could force shutdown my phone.

Should I look into getting a new phone or should I not even worry about it. Thanks.

iPhone 11 has a number on the screen with call or cancel but when I cancel it comes back My iPhone 11 has a phone number on the screen with call or cancel underneath it but every time I go to cancel it just comes back, or if I press call it does the same thing. It won’t let me turn the phone off or restart, it just won’t let me do anything. Can someone please help me? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
