6 months ago I bought this iPhone. I created an account. My email worked fine & now will not send or receive emails. NOW.. it’s saying my password is wrong. Over & over & over no matter how many times I change it! So I can’t send anyone an email! Or get a response! Or use my Apple ID! I spent the couple hundred because everyone says iPhones can’t be hacked! It’s b.s.
The error message that you got for your email indicate to me that the mail settings need to be confirmed. I have had the outgoing server message when I had problems with my email passcode. Unless your phone is jailbroken, it can’t be hacked. Your Apple ID can be compromised and if that happened, you need to change that passcode.

Well I “am” definitely hacked! My times were all wrong on every device now. From the moment you responded I flipped back & forth to anything I could gather & wrote a detailed response, grouping pertinent screenshots when I was done and closing my response with a THANK YOU! I GOT A POP UP WINDOW ASKING ME FOR MY AppleID & Password!! I entered it. I again was told it was wrong & it shut the page! Deleting my 2? hours gathering proof! I will come back to this & show you what I have as proof. But a quick FYI, my neighbor was stalking me, his trial is on hold. His buddy owns the only local computer repair that advertises & is not a corporation. I am told they have hacked every person that has ever lived next door here.
Okay... So I finally got my AppleID to get accepted!! But I discovered every gmail setting is deleted, I don’t know what to fill in those spaces, & I’m still getting errors on all the pages I’m looking for help or the answer! At 6AM I discovered AppleID fix was in Settings >Content & Privacy Restrictions> “DON’T ALLOW” (CHANGES) was checked off (as was everything). I was mentally exhausted and replied here with a solution ASAP only to have TWO REPLIES IN A ROW get dropped off screen! The 2nd time I was pushed into settings with a (yes) POP UP saying.. “my AppleID is being used for Game Center!!” I daringly clicked (cuz what MORE can go wrong!) & I SEE A PROFILE, on MY iPhone!! with MY AppleID!! for “somebody” gaming as Profile: “DARING SATYR FROM GOLDEN LAKE” !!!! ***??? So, yeah.. at this point, I’d call this a hack!! I need my phone, email & AppleID so I can get my customers their product in a financially SAFE environment!!
As I said, I am getting ERRORS on every page I try to look for help!! When I saved your page, you became my only LIFELINE !! PLEASE.. Can you explain how to fill out my gmail configurations?? & how to deal with this? THANK YOU FOR YOU SERVICE!!
(oh!! & I’VE NEVER SEEN APPS WITHOUT NAMES. Do you know what these 5 APPS are?

Are you talking about your email passcode? If you are having problems with your email, contact your email provider. What is the problem with your Apple ID? That is a different issue. And, no, a non-jailbroken iPhone cannot be hacked.
I am in a perpetual password loop! I change it. Try to sign in. Get told it’s wrong.
