I purchased RoboKiller and applied family sharing, but my wife can not install it? It’s asking her to pay?

Robokiller is free to download. Once downloaded it has a recurring subscription to access the service.

Then Apple needs to remove “Family Shareing” from the RoboKiller app in the apple store.
