Family sharing app issue

i am trying to share an app that I purchased with my wife.

We have family sharing, all settings are good and the app says it is a family share app.

When she selects the app, the cost is there instead of get.

Anyone?

A quick thing to try is to have her sign out and back in again so it takes a fresh look at your status.
