I have an iPhone 8 Plus on iOS 13.7 and an Apple Watch series 3 on 6.2.8 and for some reason the alarm and timer isn’t syncing anymore. For example if I set a 10 sec timer on my iPhone, the timer goes off on the phone but the Apple Watch doesn’t sync it and stays quiet and the notification for it doesn’t appear. This also happens with the alarm too.
Notifications go to either your Apple Watch or iPhone, but not both. If your iPhone is unlocked, you'll get notifications on your iPhone, instead of your Apple Watch. If your iPhone is locked or asleep, you'll get notifications on your Apple Watch, unless your Apple Watch is locked with your passcode. For more info, see:
