Re-install app
I'm trying to re-install an app I deleted by mistake. I followed your advice and deleted it but app still says "open" and i couldn’t re-install it

If the app says open, it is already downloaded.

but if the information shown here for us is accurate, it says you are using iOS 9 on an iPhone 6? If so, why have you not updated your phone? the iPhone 6 can be updated to iOS 12.4.8
But it doesn’t work when i open the app it close automatically even I didn’t find the application in iphone storage
Im using iphoneX iOS 13.7

If it's just this one app, may need to reach out to app support for that specific app.
If it's several apps you have issues with, maybe check if your iPhone storage is full..
