Suspicious call!

I received a call as apple support from 1(800) 8816293. Does any received such a a call saying it is from Apple support and ask not to use any financial application in the Apple devices, and offer to help pressing 1?

Scam. Apple will never call you unless you called them and asked for a call back.

That is a Scam Call:

You would not get such a message from Apple requesting Financial Info. So, report this call to Apple:

These message you speak of seem no more than a scam. So, report these to Apple and the Government (if an option):

  • To Apple: Take a screenshot of that phone number/message and send it off to Apple as an attachment, letting them know what this eMail, along with its attachment, is all about.
