Just bought a Mac air book. Really disappointed with the camera and video. I have a iPhone and iPad and also a Toshiba for work. All have great cameras. I was hoping to start using the Mac for meetings and video chat but the picture quality is so poor. Grainy and looks like something from the 90s. I don’t understand why this is so poor compared to other devices I use.

Yes I have done - and chatted with an infuriating help person who keeps telling me its the light in my room - although its very bright where I am.
Now they are just telling me to take it back as I’m in the return period but I asked if they knew that this was a know problem since 2018 and they won’t answer that. It’s not honest.
