Hi,

I have purchased an IPhone 11 in June 2020 with a Barclays Finance loan. My phone got stolen from my hands a week ago.

I am currently paying for a phone I don't have anymore + AppleCare for it. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Can anyone help? Any advice or suggestion?
