Refund bc my daughter has been purchasing on an adult site while I’m asleep. I need the money for bills

My daughter has been buying chips on an adult gaming site through Apple. I’m disabled. Am I eligible for a refund without getting social security disability lawyers involved. I thought it was a hacker but brittley finally admitted it to me. I changed it so it cannot happen again but I feel I’m due for a refund b tysm Apple. I will be buying things like Apple TV from y’all in future if u treat me fair in this instance. Tyvm.
