Lagging when using zoom for recording while only opened 6 Apps. Very lag, and resulted in unable to record (microphone is not working for a while)

Does this occur after starting up in Safe Mode?

The MacBook Pro 16-in is an extremely powerful machine. However, you have determined experimentally that you can not have "ONLY" 6 other Apps open and expect great network performance in Zoom.

The Wi-Fi should be fine, and it is possibly not the problem. I visited the apple store recently, they can't tell what happened too. They just asked me to check it from the activity monitor when the lagging happens again.
