Hi,
I need to add printers to several iPads in the company. iPads are connected to the Wifi and printers are connected a the printer network and they both are different subnets, so the iPads won't find any printer when they scan the network.
Any ideas?

You need to enable bonjour gateways on both subnets. While Windows 10, ChromeOS, and macOS devices can see across subnets, iOS/iPadOS/tvOS devices need bonjour gateways enabled to be able to communicate across subnets.
