Forgot apple id and password

Hi My iphone screen got damaged. And i kept the iphone like that for more than a year. Last week i replaced and turned it on. I did not remember the passcode. So i connected it to a mac and restored it. After that the activation lock screen appeared. I still do not remember the id and the password.

I live in maldives. We do not have any apple store here.

Is there anything i can do?
