Cellular data isn't working on iPhone

Hi I just got a new iPhone through xfinity. My data isn’t working but when I go to the setting it says “add cellular plan” and asks me for a QR code. I have no idea what that means or what to do

You will need to contact Xfinity if that is your phone carrier.
