Unable find cellular data option on settings

Its the "Mobile Data" section. Cellular Data and Mobile Data are the same thing. "Mobile Data" is used in countries that use British English terms, rather than the U.S English terms.

Wouldn't it correspond to the Mobile Data item, second from bottom in the first block? Yes, in my i8+ with iOS 13.3 it is called Cellular, but it is in the same place and has the same icon.
