Honestly, hotwheels22, about the only thing i could possibly suggest that might work is BootCamp ( from Apple) .i’d also recommend BootChamp as well. However, it probably won’t work for a few simple but annoyingly reasons and problems:
one, your mac pro is too darn old and slow, you’d have to make sure it meets the windows minimum hardware requirements. You can’t really and it’s not worth upgrading a 1.1 mac pro. Period. Maybe wipe it, de-authorize it and sell it for parts or give it away for free. Maybe getting a used 2010 mac pro might do the trick....2008 is right on the verge... it’s upgradeable, just barely so. Might be easiest to get a used PC on your local Kijiji, or if you’re really keen to run Windows 10 on a Mac, get a 2nd Hard drive, format it and install:slide it into your 2012 mac pro and install boot camp on the 2nd drive.
Two: we are all just mac users here same as you. This is not an official Apple forum, and Apple does not reply to your questions or post any answers here. You’d have to go to the official Apple support pages and forum for that. No matter if you spend mucho or beaucoup de dimero on Apple stuff or not, you’ll still get the same service, no worse, no better, no faster, no slower. If you bought a lot from an independent Apple ( mac) maybe you might get somewhere, but here?? No.
