i bought an ipod from someone else but theres an apple id and email. i have no idea what it is. previous owner doesnt reply to me. he probably stole it and thats why he doesnt reply. im thinking...how can i reset the whole ipod as new??

The ipod is useless. Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support
