USPS Scam Text

I received a text message stating that there was an important notice about my USPS Shipment. A friend later posted the same message saying that by clicking on the link your location immediately gets sent out. I told him I clicked the link, but did not follow through with any other actions after that, for example I did not click on anymore links. He said I am good if I did not click the track my package URL after the initial link, which I did not. When I clicked on the URL in the text message, it was a survey of questions. I closed out my browser and cleared my history. I ended up getting 3 more messages after this from different phone numbers, stating a similar statement. I did not click on any of these links, but blocked the numbers and deleted the message. Should I be worried that I clicked on the first link/how do I make sure that hackers do not have my location/information?
