What if I miss a payment

If I upgrade for more iCloud service and then my iCloud becomes full, what will happen to all my items in my iCloud if I can no longer pay for the upgrade?

Once the account is delinquent on payment, you’ll have 30 days grace. After that, your data will be purged to force your storage footprint back down to the free 5GB limit.
