Fail to get 100GB storage for google photos
After paying for 100GB storage subscriptions for google photos, it still show only available 15GB and show something goes wrong when need to repurchase. Anyone encounter same problem?

It sounds like you decided to Buy additional app features with in-app purchases and subscriptions, but you did not receive your purchase.
Please review the "Learn More" section. There you will see what to do when you don't see the purchase made. You can always request a refund for items purchase, but not received.
