Why am I paying monthly for iCloud storage and yet everyday I get a message “storage full” manage account when I try to take more than ten photos?? I should have endless storage because that is what I pay for. I don’t understand

I have the same problem. Every morning my phone says storage full. I delete 18GB of message attachments several times. The next day it’s full again as if it is reloading these attachments at night. How can I stop it from doing this?
