wireless keyboard using Bluetooth dongle in Thunderbolt dock

I have a Thunderbolt 3 dock, that we use in the house with 2 Mac’s and an iPad Pro (whenever we want a desktop-feel). Will I be able to connect apple wireless keyboard with the dock using a Bluetooth dongle, so that only the device attached to the dock will have access to the keyboard? Without the hassle of resetting/reconnecting/removing something each time i use a new device in the dock?

I know Logitech has an option using their uniconnect-thingy, and it will do the job... but the Apple Keyboard is for me more preferable.
