Lost texts in Pages file

How to find the texts in my file in Pages? I was writing notes during online meeting. I have already written lengthy notes when someone called me while i was typing, suddenly i was can only see the texts that i have previously written a few seconds ago and the rest of texts lost. I tried to click undo command but my previous actions were not indicated.

I still have the file but my problem is the lost lengthy notes that i have written.
