Had to change cards now I can’t add money to the iTunes store

Had to change credit card due to fraud and now I can’t add money to my iTunes Store account

It seems you're having some trouble updating your payment information and we can help.


Follow the steps here to remove your old payment method and add a new one:

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


Once you've done that, make sure you're following the steps here to add funds to your account:

Add money to your Apple ID balance
