iPhone 6S Plus Water Damage

Just got a iPhone 6s plus from a friend which is water damaged and does not turn on. Opened up itunes to see if it showed something but it didn’t, put the phone in dfu mode and it showed up in itunes but with a black screen said it was downloading ios 13.7. Showed it was done downloading software and said you mac is preparing to restore the software on this iPhone did that for about 10 minutes and showed up with error 4005. tried restoring again but same thing happened did some research and watched some videos and some people said it needed a battery so I bought a new battery off amazon and installed it my self and it showed up again in itunes but showed the same error I also cleaned the inside of the phone with some rubbing alcohol and reconnected everything and still showed the same error (4005) anyone know how to fix.

Once water has gotten into a device, it is gone.

It will corrode and any components are already damaged.

It is not a question of if it will fail but when it will fail.
