Error code (-18) when trying to restore device. (iPhone SE 1st generation)

I don't know if this is related but I dropped my phone accidentally and it now has a very small crack in the bottom right of the screen and then it got dropped in water on accident. I looked and there was a little bit of water under the screen where it was cracked. Later that day my phone died and when I plugged it in and it started up, it showed a message saying "support.apple.com/iphone/restore" and a picture that showed a computer and a cord with an arrow pointing to it (attached photo(sorry for the quality)). I plugged it in and restarted my phone but nothing happened. I then tried to update my phone but it said it couldn't and I needed to restore it. I pressed restore and my phone showed the apple symbol with the loading bar under it. After the loading screen finished "loading" my phone went back to showing the screen of the attached photo. I have tried updating it and restoring it many times but nothing has worked. Please help me as I would like to use my phone again.
