Sleep transition timed out after 180 seconds

I have a new MacBook Air (Retina 13" 2019)

I have tried many different options from support 1/2 and they want me to do a clean install, I don't have time for that. I saw in a post to try disabling the "Power Nap" function. Thats where I am upto.

macbook pro with MacOS Ventura Since Updating to Ventura I have been unable to put my MacBook Pro to sleep. When I press Sleep on the Apple drawdown menu,the computer goes to sleep for about 5 seconds and then wakes up again. When I leave the computer on the auto Sleep mode does not kick in so I have to always turn the computer off when I am not using it. Does anyone know how to correct this?

macOS Monterey I am using MacBook Pro 13 (2019). I need help with the big mistake which I have got when I did upgrade to macOS Monterey 12.1. My MacBook is in sleep mode then I turn it on to work but it doesn't. In this case, my MacBook is warm till out of battery. It has happened 6 times. I am not really happy when I do upgrade macOS Monterey. Please, I hope that someone can help me to solve this issue. I do really really appreciate it. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Have you tried disabling Power Nap yet?

Open Activity Monitor in Utilities>Energy tab, sort on Preventing Sleep, any listed?
