I have a problem every time I try to download an app “verification required” Comes up But I have no subscriptions that need to paid there shouldn’t be any payment information because I’m in the process of getting a new card any help ?

It is wanting you to verify your existing card. If you can't do that then you will have to wait until you get your new card, add it then delete the old one.

I already have the old card deleted from my phone though.
