Only if you set a password on the Pages document to lock anyone out of it without a password. Without a password, and a compatible Pages application version, anyone can edit the document in any manner they wish.

If you set a Pages document password, always select the Remember password in Key Chain, so if you forget, the operating system will fetch the password from your Key Chain, and allow Pages to automatically open the document in your account without you needing to provide a password again. Anyone else will need the password.
