My iPad 7th generation takes almost 5 hours to get charged from 19% to 100%. Isn’t that too long?

That is very long. But that does depend on your charger. If you use the charger that came with you iPhone, that will slow it down because it is meant to be cheated with the bigger, higher-watt charger which charges mine very quick. It could also be the chord so I would try different blocks and chords.
