iOS 13.7 Update Problem

My 5-month-old iPhone X stopped working after I started the update process for iOS 13.7. It seems like it's off. What can I do to fix it?

I got it to work. The battery drained itself, giving me the empty battery icon, and now it retried the update and this time it worked. At first it wasn’t responsive but it ended up working, somehow. Didn’t get to see it entirely, but oh well.

My iPhone X would not get out of the flashing apple. I called apple support and 2 tech support reps and their supervisors couldn’t do anything. I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appt with Best Buy’s Geek Squad, and they are not having any luck. It’s interesting that I’ve had NO problems until I downloaded the update and my phone is now not covered by any warranty or insurance.
