Message sending problem

We see you are not able to send a message as expected. Are you using iMessage which are blue, or SMS which is green? This will assist in guiding you to sending messages.

If you cannot send a message in the green bubble then you need to call your mobile carrier to check your account & number. Carrier messaging is controlled by the carrier. Apple has no control over the routing of SMS or MMS.
