iTunes refund to put back on my card

my child has spend $100 on my iTunes Store on accident without me knowing and I was wondering can y’all refund it to my card .

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
