Before switch my iphone6 to iphone11, my last backup was in 2019. However, when I started to my new iphone(in May 2020), my 2019's backup restored to my device. But, I have deleted some pictures from my device and I cannot take them back. I need your help

If the photos were solely on your device and you deleted them, then they are permanently gone. However, if the photos were stored in iCloud Photos, you can try the following -- Get help with missing photos - Apple Support.
thank you for your answer. While looking for the methods to get them back I saw many file directory application that can reach the old backups and restore to the device. I wonder that if Apple does not keep my backups in somewhere in my device or clouds, how the applications can find them? I believe there should be a way restore my 2019's backup on my device.

The thing is you already deleted the photos from the backup assuming the photos were solely on your device, not in iCloud Photos.
I need to get back some of my deleted photos, but my last backup does not consist them. How can I move on?
