How move iPad pages document to the icloud

If you have your Pages documents set to be stored in iCloud Drive, you don’t have to do anything at all. Settings>Pages>Document Storage>iCloud Drive. Doing that stores the documents in iCloud.
You can also upload documents that are stored in the on my iPad or iPhone location of the Files app by logging into iCloud.com, launching iCloud Drive, select Pages and then tap the upload icon and browse for the file that you want to upload. You can only upload files that Pages can open.
