My iPhone 8 phone storage is full and my phone screen is stuck on Apple logo while installing ios 13.0. I am neither able to update nor restore due to disk being full. How do resolve this.

Were you able to backup your phone recently to a computer or iCloud? If yes, then you can restore the backup when you setup the phone again.

Thanks for your response. I tried connecting my phone to computer and used recovery mode option. There is an option either to update software or "restore and update". Somehow restore only option is missing. Since there is no storage space in my phone it is not able to update or restore:(
Yes, I had back up of files but it was 6 months back. Never mind my photos are stored in iCloud and Google Photos. Thanks for your response again.

Thanks for your response, I was able to restore and update ios. My bad, I did not read it correctly, it was pointing to my computer disk being full. I clear space in my PC and restored. I lost my phone data:(.
