iPhone 11 maxpro - stuck with apple logo screen.

iPhone 11 maxpro - stuck with apple logo screen. it all started when I connected my phone to MacBook to take a backup. while backup was in progress I was deleting the unwanted videos in WhatsApp and then suddenly it started giving me error that my storage is full and I need to cleanup before I can use the app. I closed the WhatsApp and deleted some of the images and then some of the apps but still no use and then suddenly it went black and got stuck with apple logo. I tried rebooting my phone, software update but still stuck with apple logo. anything else that can be done to come out of this problem without losing the data? any help is appreciated
