Apple logo stuck

Hi:

I had my iPhone 8 full storage so i try to delete some pictures from camera roll but it won’t delete, i try to open some apps it won’t open to, so i restarted my device and it stuck to apple logo, then i use recovery mode and i updated the device by I tunes to latest version without restoring the device and the logo stuck still appear.

Is there any solution for that without restoring the device because I don’t have backup :(.

Hi, SaadAlamri,

Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities. I understand that you're having trouble with your iPhone, as it currently won't boot past the Apple logo after attempting to reinstall the iOS software. I'm happy to help!

If the steps to reinstall the iOS software did not complete properly, it may be causing your issue. I can recommend trying to place the iPhone back into recovery mode and reinstalling the iOS software again, using the steps under the "Reinstall iOS" section of If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support (even though the title doesn't match your issue, the reinstallation steps are all we need, and those are always the same).

Reinstalling the iOS software should not remove any data, however if reinstalling does not work you will need to restore the device to factory settings using Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support. I see you do not have a backup, but if you use iCloud there's a good possibility you will be able to recover some, if not all, of your data just by signing into iCloud and making sure settings like Contacts and Calendar are enabled.

Once you have regained access to your device, I recommend regularly backing up your iPhone to iTunes or iCloud to avoid losing any data in the future: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support.

Should you still need help with either of these steps, please get in touch with Apple Support directly: Contact Apple Support.

Enjoy your weekend.
