iPhone XS Max stuck at Apple logo

Hello

I have an iPhone XS Max I was doing back up iCloud then I plugged it to the charger it didn’t open again, it kept playing an Apple logo on the screen multiple times so I had to buy another iPhone, is there any chance that I could get the information, photo and all of it back?

Try making a forced Restart, do the following:

1) Press and quickly release Volume Up

2) Press and quickly release Volume Down

3) Press and hold the Power Button until the screen turns off

You phone is now doing a forced restart.
