Install IPA file

I downloaded an app (IPA file) on my iPhone, but I dont know how to install it, the webpage only tell me to verify the profile and bla bla bla,.... Can someone teach me how to install it? Thanks!

I was searching for an educational learning .ipa file on app store but I was not successful to find it on the app store directly. When I search it on google and find it on a website . I click the download button of the required file and it redirects me to the app store where my required file was placed. I am worried to download it. may I need to download it from this link. ( even then it is placed on the apps store but the link was found by a third-party website). or I need to just skip it. Please, guys, guide me honestly, what should I need to do? thanks. Stock iPhones do not allow installation of apps from outside the App Store. You will not find support for such unofficial use here.
